Robin Kahn leads the Employer Marketing initiatives at AbbVie, a global biopharmaceutical company. Her team works with jumbo employers, employee benefits consultants, and employer coalitions on designing and deploying optimal pharmaceutical benefit design strategies. Robin’s focus is collaborating with these important healthcare stakeholders to ensure they continue to invest in their human capital and enable affordable access to needed healthcare.
Prior to her current role, Robin has held various sales and marketing leadership positions across many therapeutic areas at Abbott / AbbVie. Before joining Abbott in 2004, Robin worked for Booz Allen & Hamilton (now Strategy&) as a management consultant, working across multiple industries, from aerospace and automotive to consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. Prior to that, she worked in software consulting.
Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Culture from the University of Michigan and completed MBA coursework at the University of Illinois-Chicago.
